New rooms upstairs with LCD T.V., Airco, Fridge...12.000 ThB a month.

If you are definite for Pattaya then the ViewTally 6 is the way to go...

 

If you are familiar with the area, for the money you mentioned you would get quite a few good deals

in Jomtien Beach...all with a pool, store/cleaning stores on the ground floor..and most with a view

of the ocean and wifi...or you can get an aircard at a store on the ground floor...my preference is viewtally 5c (closest to the beach)...jump on your motorbike and in 5 mikes you are in pattaya land
