People time is running out. Every time I find a place to stay that entrust me I find something said about the place that gives me a bad vibe about the place.

I have looked at staying Secrets and have found that for everyone that has something good to say of the place there is another to say how bad it was for them.

The Walking Street guest house. One really bad complaint.

The SPAM WORD hotel. Looks good but there is allot of bad reports about the place.

the vault. Lots of good stuff said about this place nothing bad yet. would like to know how long of a walk to Walking Street.

I want something Guest Friendly, I am talking about 2 guest being the norm and some times even more. I want to be near Walking Street. Ant and bug free no bad smells no rude people to dill with and clean. More furniture then just a bed is a plus hot tubs are a plus and out side balcony is a plus.

What is out there for me people.

I've stayed at Secrets several times and never a problem, also very good value. have also stayed at SPAM WORD a few times - the better rooms have jacuzzi etc but a bit on the expensive side. either place is ok with up to 2 joiners. you can take as many into SPAM WORD as u like as long as they are kittens or ladyboys from downstairs. if you want genuine 4 star type accom then there isn't too much near walking st.

I can have this at home............................or this in LOS, thats why I go

The Vault is not far from Walking Street 5 minutes but i've stayed at Secrets with no problems. The only down side for me was no lift (elevator) and if you get a room on the 2nd floor the noise from reception was intrusive.

You might think of expanding your search away from WS. LK Metro has a half dozen joiner friendly guesthouses, it's a quick baht bus ride to WS or Soi 6 and only 2 blocks from beach road.

What is out there for me people.

Searching for the Perfect hotel will drive you mad , their is no such thing.

Take for instance i use sabai Lodge

I do my research and 90% of reviews are positive a few minor negatives but nothing major.

Then I read a review from member A he has stayed at sabai Lodge and Areca Lodge and he says areca is miles better, great we are getting somewhere.

Same thing repeats itself member B says he has stayed at Areca and it doesnt compare to Pattaya Bay

you research for hours and after 25 hotels member Member Z says he has stayed at Tim Boutique and Sabai Lodge is the best hotel in town.

Hours and Hours of research and your back to where you started with no idea of where you want to stay.

Searching for hotels was becoming a massive headache.

Now I stay at sabai Lodge for the last 4 trips , Im sure their is better out there but its a good price its comfortable and I like the place. Thats all that matters finding something 50 baht cheaper , 20 metres closer to Walking Street and eight steps closer to a baht bus is really insignificant.

So my advice is decide what you want in a hotel or guesthouse do some research if it gets 90% positive reveiews, the negative reveiws are nothing major then book it!!!

IMO accomadation is so cheap in pattaya you can get top class accomadation for 1000 baht a night i dont know why people settle for guesthouses above a bar for 200 baht less.

Try Flipper House on Soi 7. Just a five minute baht bus ride away to Walking Street (depending on traffic).

Not sure about maximum numbers per room, I have never taken more than two girls back.

Clean rooms, rooms at front have balcony (although then you have a bit of street noise). No hot tubs...

ทำให้ไม่ชอบสงคราม

I agree with everything you say apart from the last paragraph but even there I half agree with you.

Some guesthouses that are priced around 500-600bt a night are well worth the money and that's why I said what I said about Fawlty Towers. If people are staying 10 nights or more the savings can be significant to some people.

Sabai Lodge is a good place to stay as is Areca Lodge from what my customers tell me.You have found somewhere you like and when I was holidaying here I found somewhere I liked and was in my price range and used that place (Sawasdee Sea View).

It's a minefield trying to find somewhere good to stay but your advice is good, find somewhere with good reviews in your price range and book it.

    • For those that don't know, I did Friday meetings before many years ago,  I feel like we are missing a regular meeting for members,  I am aware guys meet at PA affiliated bars. But I want to start meeting people again, I'm inviting the guys following my YouTube also.

The meetings is a chance to get to meet each other,  I plan to be at every meeting, I also have Dean from Dive bar that has offered to help out with a crawl after.
The meetings will be  Monday  6 pm - 8 pm each week.  (The improvised bar crawl will commence at 8 p.m.  Dean will make his own plans for that.)

Due to low numbers of people in town, I will start the meetings in our bars to help our girls and managers, please check back often incase things are changed.  I will be sharing the love around town later, but Soi 6 is first on my list (including bars that are friendly competition)
If bar owners want us to have a meeting at their bar,  they need to have a minimum of 10 girls.  I'm not dragging people to empty bars for favours.
Please help us invite other members, it takes a while to get momentum.
Monday 6 pm - 8pm  (then bar crawl after)
      21st March - Playpen Soi 6
28th March - Night wish bar Soi 6
4th April - Toy Box bar Soi 6
      11th April - Repent Soi 6
18th April - where angels play Soi 6
25th April -  (next bar we have open)

2nd May - (next bar we have open)
      9th May - Cooters bar soi 6
16th May - Hot shots bar Soi 6
23rd May - (next bar we have open)
      30th of May - Lust soi 6
      6th of June - Illuzion
13th of June - (next bar we have open)

I look forward to meeting people again.
