I stayed in New Nikom Court for 2 weeks last Nov. I paid 750 BHT per night. I hope that helps.

PS. Staying at the Le Katai this Nov. 650BHT,across the road, large room with balcony.

No pool. no wi fi , no bar, no restaurant,no in room safe,and a little overpriced, and those banging doors and phones on the landing that they call the maids on incessantly.

Stayed here for a couple of nights during Songkran at B700 per night. Rooms here are wearing better than the Opey and J&P adjacent to this property.

Good place to stay for a night or 2 whilst looking for something better.
