When I checked the website it said that LK Renaissance is not in their service area. Can that be true? A little help please!

Are you sure. I just logged in and tried to make a booking on their website and LK Renaissance is listed as a pickup location.

 

Normally if your hotel is not listed then just means not in their database and you select the option 'Pattaya Bell Office' and below you enter your hotel name details and they will come and pick you up at your hotel or drop you off at the hotel requested.

My hotel the Billabong was not on the list, So i mailed them and they said no problem. Hope this helps

If you don't find your hotel on the drop down list, just tell them what it is. I'm sure you'll have no problems with a major hotel like LK Metro. As for not in the area, They dropped me off at Canterbury Tales, which is way smaller and just a block away, so LK Metro is definitely "in their service area."

The shuttle driver will take you wherever you need to go once you reach Pattaya. A small tip will ensure zero problems. Enjoy your trip.

Very true there wont be an issue drop the guy a tip all parties are happy, LK R is a nice place to stay thats for sure.

They dropped me off at LK Metro on my last trip about a 2 months ago,so im sure anywhere in that area would be ok

This is a busy area for Bell travel so they will drop you off their if you just book for soi Bauhkao.

they'll be picking me up from the lk renaissance to the airport, if they are picking me up from here I am sure they also be doing drop offs. email them to make sure.

Always use Bells from Bkk to Pats- good value for the money and they provide door to door service.

Agree - have used them for last few trips with drop off/pick up at a variety of hotels. Should be no problem if you call/email them

Apparently it pays to limit the amount of alcohol one consumes prior to looking for valuable travel info...there is this really high tech part of their site that one could refer to as "tabs" when selecting Service Area....one must select the Pattaya tab or one will only see Bangkok service areas....quite the jackass i am!
