Condo Availability

Hey Guys if anyone is looking for a condo for a week or so I still have some time blocks available for this year. Right now I have from Aug 28th to Oct. 7th and Nov. 30th to Dec 25th. It is a 1 bedroom (70SQM) Oceanview condo at Hyde Park Resisdence in south pattaya. About a 15 min walk to WS or a 2min bus ride to WS. Its fully furnished, has a pool...and its really secure. I am asking 20,000 baht a month + utilities. It is a great place for business travelers for that it is quiet but close to the action. Yes...the whole building has WiFi. and its fast...I never tried to game on it though.

Its truly 15 mins..I walked it a few times during Songkran when the traffic wasn't moving.

It has cable TV, the usual cable package with all the english movie channels. Yes, it has AC in both rooms, but they run off the same compressor so its wise to only run the unit in the room your in. I have a few pics of the bathroom. I will post them. Its a shower. Wifi internet. No construction nearby...everything is finished.
