I've just booked 2 tickets BKK to Chiang Rai for 10 baht, can't be bad, Air Asia sale on now for 2011.

I'm looking at 100 baht (+700 taxes) each way flights to Phnom Penh from 1st April 2011.

800 baht is the price of a minibus to the Had Lek border. Can't be bad.

No idea what I'm doing next year, but at those sort of prices it's worth taking the chance.

OK with taxes insurance etc but even so 2 air tickets for 1,000 baht well worth the risk. Booked for my tgf as well, will I be with her next May who knows?

Who the Hell can plan that far ahead ? Great deals no doubt. Looks like Thai Air & Tiger are going to do a 'low cost' together. Could offer some nice competition. wj

I've flown them to Bali and HKG and that's about my breaking point in a small seat with minimal food options and no AVOD. London, one would need some serious medication for that trip ! wj
