I stayed at the internet cafe which has rooms above, I think it was called TX apartments, next to the Thai laundry and across from crazy Daves and then about 5 or 6 metres to the left.

Ah yes Stew I know it, how were the rooms in that place, not really seen it mentioned much, any pics for the readers.

The rooms were standard, nothing special, clean though but the attraction to me was the desktop computer in each room with as much internet time as you liked.

This room available from 28th November to 22dn December, includes separate bedroom and lounge, large 4 poster bed, TV & DVD in the bedroom as well as A/C & ceiling fan, large balcony, dining table and chairs, large fridge, Microwave,2nd TV & DVD player, large free DVD library, Tea/coffee maker, large shower room with separate shower area to Toilet, in room safe, sofa & recliner, FREE wifi, separate back entrance as well as through the Cafe/bookshop, no noisy bar downstairs at night.

this room is over 40 sq mts, 600 per nightor 12,500 per month which works out little over 400 baht per night.

Having stayed in 12A on 3 different trips i'd highly recommend it as a great VFM place to stay. Problem is everytime now i try to look at booking it its always booked!
