how do you change topic title or topic description

i want to change title or description of one of my threads. how do i do that? i've seen threads change descriptions, so i know it can be done

Go too the 'Use Full Editor', you will be able to change it there.

Yes... only in the OP I'm afraid. Other than that you will have to ask one of the Mods to change it for you.

For general info, I just changed my topic title - 26 hours after I first posted it

(using "full editor").
