Why Can't I Get Connected

I've been trying to call a number in Pattaya and keep getting number can't be connected. Example of number is 0806######

I dial the US code 01166 then the above number and can't get through. WTF anybody know what's wrong?

not to sure how you dial another country from usa but are you not ment to drop the 0 so it would be 01166806######

Did that still a no go. Ive tried without the 08 and without the 080 too and still can't get a connection. From US it is 011+66+ number.

It is a cell so I don't know if that makes a difference but I don't know why it would.

The code for Thailand is 0066.So try 006680*******.If you're using your mobile try +6680####.

011 out of USA is correct for an international call... Number can't be connected is she's turned it off as she's fucking... she's lost her phone... her sim card is out of the phone etc...

 

If you are on a cell phone try dialing +66......... Or try using skype...

Im not sure but a number starting with "0" seems rare. (06######)

Try 011-668-6XXXXXX (Drop the zero before and after the 8). Maybe u wrote down the number wrong?

Slick is dead on, drop the 1st 0, only dial that when in Thailand. Sometime you will see number written +66(0)80XXXXXXX, () letting you know to drop if calling from international
