Room for rent South Pattaya.

As everyone knows , I stop running 24 seven room service more than 6 months by cutting minimart for sale and I have

 

8 air con rooms for rent.

I would like to rent the room upstair for 7000 baht (Good furnished)/month.

Special things is water 28 baht / unit and electricity 5 baht /unit.

Plus clean room 2 times a week and change sheet 1 a week.

 

It's the same location. After I cut off minimart. I have time to take care clients more and get some rent from the down stair.Then, I reduce the rent and water , electricity cost.
