Does anyone know where to buy vitamins, especially glucosamine, at a reasonable price in Patts. I tried Boots but they want 900 baht for a small jar of glucosamine.

I've never seen a source of high quality, reasonably priced supplements in Thailand. I always bring my own.

Everything I looked at either was not available or jacked in price... You got GNC at Tops on Second Road but they were NOT cheap... To be used only in emergencies...

What I've done is look for sales. When I'm down to a couple of months supply I walk through Boots or Watsons or other pharmacies. I have gotten 2 for 1 at those places, but you have to patient and stock up when the price is down. When I return to the states I always bring some back, along with fish oil and aspirin.

I've also learned to stock up on vitamins when I'm back in the states. You may also want to check the pharmacy in Makro. For any pill, they are typically the cheapest.
