Strange First Page

For a long time, the first page of the site was big and blue and had a log-in link.

Now I'm getting something that looks like a blast from the past, especially as it has things like this:

 

Pattaya Addicts Trusted Members Privilege Card

The Pattaya Addicts trusted members card is available to Members of Pattaya Addicts who have made over 25 posts in the Forum and have reached Trusted Member status.

 

I know the "Trusted" and "25 posts" were scrubbed long ago.
