Just about all of the hotels in that area are guest friendly, I have stayed at Flipper house soi 7, Sunshine Soi 8 all good

i ve got 2 in soi 3, and we'd love your buissnes , there both nice little place's the street is very quiet and location is seconed to none, a 1 min walk to big c, 2 mins beach and 4 mins to Soi 6

I don't know any 'witch' hotels in Pattaya, maybe try Angelwitch.

Hey BSJ regarding that hotel on soi 3 i've stayed there before in the deluxe rooms in november and they charged me 900 per night which i din't mind as i am on on holiday and allowed to spoil myself, hopefully i'll be back again in december and i'll be stoppping there again. The rooms are very big wiv air con and clean too they all have there own safe as well as wi-fi.

 

location is great as it's near "big c" and too far from the famous Soi 6

 

i believe now the person who runs soi 3 guesthouse as also opened up one right across from called "around the corner bar"

 

and the rooms in there look fab checked out the website
