Looking for an Apartment for 8-10k a month

My regular spot (8k bht a month for everything including free wireless wifi, AC, Cable and secure entrance) has some loud building construction going on next door and wondered if anyone knows of a similar hidden gem for around10k bht a month? ideally central Pattaya as far up as Carrefour. I know of the usual suspects talked about on here but from experience there are some really good places nobody ever talks about.

 

Worst case might just turn up and get a motorbike taxi to ride around until i find a new place.
