anyone stay here yet it looks great and a good price as well no joiner fees and a pool and ocean view and in room safe's all this for lees then 1300 baht..somebody check this one out.

the same people own an apartment block off soi buakaow that I have been in for a year. dropped in and had a look yesterday and its great. all brand new, good roof top pool area, gym etc. only slight drawback is a perhaps 10 minute walk to second road but they have a tuktuk for guests. its only 14,000 a month apparently

I know the general area but not extactly where it is. Am concerned with get back to it later at night after being out on the tiles. Is it just behind the new under construction "The Avenue" shopping mall or is even further back towards Soi Bukawae ?

 

"Otherwise" it sounds OK.
