Can you get house and home contents insurance here in Pattaya and if so where is a good place to get it from ?

I'm not in Pattaya, but just renewed house & condo property/contents insurance with Bank of Ayuthya. Pretty straightforward and premiums weren't too bad (they're now offering a respectable discount if you pay up-front for three years instead of one).

I got mine from AA insurance in Duck Square, the soi next to Big C South Pattaya.

2.5 million house, contents, removal of debris plus all the other crap for thb6500.

I thought that was OK, also did car insurance for Vigo, 1st class with AXA for thb20,000.
