HI Fellow ex-pats, we have a bookshop here in Pattaya and are always looking to source more stock so we buy books for cash or trade books so if you have any unwanted books please drop me a line or pop in the Bookshop.

 

I will buy or trade in almost any books depending on age, condition, Author, we have over 35,000 books in stock in English, German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian, on most subjects, Fiction, non Fiction, Sport, Politics, History, Travel, War, True crime, human interest etc etc.

 

Any books purchased in the bookshop are subject to a 50% of the purchase price back in credit off the next book/s.

i usually bring 4 or 5 books with me when i come to patts (i usually get ridiculed by hotel guests for carrying a book instead of a beer).

what's your policy on book exchanges? do i give you my book and take one of yours or is my book a credit against buying one of your books?

HI Mate.

I can either buy them off you or trade them, as we sell books for average 120/160 I will offer an amount in the region of 50/60/70 baht per book depending on age condition, Author etc as I don't really need Lady author books although some are popular with guy readers as we dont get too many Lady readers up our way so it does depend on the book itself as if its a really old book will be less value.

Depends pretty much how much I have to pay for them but average between 40 and 180 baht for fiction A to Z's and other stuff depends whats paid/credited for them.

Hi Daveo,I should know by now,i have a load of paperback novels,collected over some time and not all from your bookshop can i just bring them in and have a cuppa tea while you sort through them ! i am too lazy to do it myself. 1B on the 1st floor is available from 10/11/10 has a quiet bedroom with new large bed, separate lounge with sofa & recliner, table and chairs, fridge, tea/coffee maker, in room safe, A/C, fan, TV, DVD player, all rooms have free Wifi and free use of large DVD library
