Work Permit B Visa

I have a retirement Visa. Have a job offering, should I get a B visa and then a work permit, or just fly under the radar and keep my retirement Visa. Any advice appreciated

I do believe the words "Working is strictly forbidden" are included in the description of a Retirement Visa
