Joiner fees are rare in pattaya.

Only in the big expensive hotels that are looking to encourage family tourism.

 

Any of the mongerer style hotels will be out of business if they tried charging a joiner fee.

I've never stayed there but I don't think you'd have to pay a joiner fee. The owner also owns Tims beer bar and would know that farangs don't like paying joiner fee's.

I've never known any hotel that had their own bar that would collect a joiner fee. That would put customers off of barfining BGs from their bar.

Tim also owns Tim's bar & go-go right near the entrance of the Soi to the hotel

She's one big lady, but she's nice enough & has a memory like an elephant. If I come in there two years from my last visit she'll still remember me.

I stayed many times at tim boutique and never payed a joinerfee even if I had more than One girl in my room.

It's a nice hotel. I stayed there on one of my trips. Great swimming pool on the roof, clean rooms, nice restaurant for the buffet breakfast. Last, but not least - NO joiner fee.
