Motorcycle Parking at Tim Boutique and LK Renaissance Hotel

Anyone know if Motorcycle Parking is available at Tim Boutique and LK Renaissance hotel. For my trip in July I plan to stay at one of these hotels based on parking availability.

LK Renaissance has parking around the back. I really can't imagine that Tim Boutique would not have any bike parking.

This entire thread is getting me to rethink my reservation at LK Metropole. I mostly stay there for the parking but lately its going down hill as a hotel.

 

Where is Tim Boutique and what is near it? Is it on Pattaya second road?
