My question is why is Facebook so prevelant on Pattaya addicts?

I will put it in bold, so someone may notice it, as this subject keeps cropping up. There are 3-4 "Pattaya-addicts.com" accounts on facebook, there has been for around 2 years. I have made a new one, because I dont have access to the rest, as they were made by members. Users have a choice if they want to connect their account to facebook, take it or leave it. No one is forcing you to log in with facebook.

 

There is no need to try and scare everyone into thinking that we don't take forum security and privacy seriously. We go to extra lengths to discuss security, infact me and Serpentine are having a conference call this minute, to discuss and check security regarding the overall search engine access.

 

We are the only Pattaya forum that blocks our User profiles from google - we listen to our members and apply common sense

 

You have the potential to accidently click on a very small "Like" button, (at the bottom of the thread) but you can undo this in seconds.

 

Facebook is not downloading your pictures or sending your girls dirty messages.

Google get GUEST access. They can only see stuff that guests can see. Our biggest rival gives google members access, which allows people to view all of the members area and pictures without signing up.

 

Google has had guest access since day 1, without them the forum would be nothing. We could offer 100% security, but that would mean, zero traffic, the forum would die quickly, life isnt perfect, neither is forum management, some sacrifice has to be made
