Dynasty Inn vs LK Renaissance

I stayed at LK Renaissance for a week in late November. The management was very friendly but the hotel has seen better days. Although the location is great, the rooms are pricey and are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The food in the restaurant was so bad that I passed on the daily,breakfast that's included in the nightly rate.

I'll be back in Pattaya in March and will stay at the Tim Boutique hotel, which is a couple of blocks away. I was there last April during Songkran, and had a much better experience. The room was top notch, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. A word to the wise though, do NOT book through their website or you'll pay about double what you'd pay by booking through Agoda.

Does anyone know if there is a in room safe for the LK royal suite rooms? and is it girl friendly?

I intend to stay at the LK when I go in July. Considering its location does anyone know if you get all the noise from the surrounding bars (particularly the ones in Soi Diana)?

I would ask for a room at the back (away from Soi Diana) because you can definitely hear the noise from Soi Diana bars until the early hours. I would also add it is good value for money

Yes there are room safes at LK Royal Suites and yes they are girl friendly ( the hotel..not the room safes )
