A friend traveling to Pattaya is looking to rent a condo for two weeks. He'd like a nice quiet unit Jomtien/Pattaya/Naklua and will pay between 7000 and 10000 depending on the unit. Ideally will have internet access of some type, cable, pool in unit. I'm a responsible renter and it will be for myself. PM me with details and pics if possible. He'll likely rent again if the unit is good as he travels to Thailand quite a bit.
