I need a taxi for 5am to the airport whats the going rate and is it easy enough to get one at 5am?

800-1000 baht.Anywhere will do it that's advertising taxi's,the time won't be a problem.If you do a search on here look for my favourite Mr T,he's based on Soi Diana and I've never had a problem with him.

By the time you get through passport control it could be 6am. If you don't mind waiting a couple of hours you could get the Bell Bus at 8am. They take you to Pattaya bus station, then to your hotel in a taxi, for 200B.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought you meant from the airport. Even better for Bell. Their 1st bus leaves at 6am from Pattaya to BKK.

Mr Tooms taxi service is very reliable. He charges 1000 Baht Pattaya to BKK.
