place opp sunshine hotel

I ate at the restaurant opp the sunshine hotel on soi8 on the corner of the cut through to soi7 a couple of years ago and was really rough that night , didn't go again until last year , it was raining hard and was so hungry so just nipped in,,,,,,couple of hours later was rough again that night . It was weird how this happend must be something iffy , anyone else have a comment ?, I eat eveywhere in pattaya, restaurants, street food and never had any other issues.
