Before i moved to cairns from brisbane in oz,i did krav maga for a year,of all the self defence classes i have done,i would say krav is the most practical and easiest one to perform,i would also say it is the most enjoyable.for those who are interested in self defence,i highly recommend it.It is suitable for men and women and you can take away practical knowledge from the very first lesson.It is in no way similar to any martial arts out there,as it is not a martial arts,it makes you aware of your situation and allows you to make the best decision on how to avoid trouble,this doesnt always mean stand and fight,it might as easily mean run away as fast as possible.

I'm arriving 30may for a month and would really like to take some classes,please send me some info on how to get there,im staying in LK Metro first week
