Alright guys know you been asked a thousand times before,but with so many places to stay,just making it worse for me to decide.Been left to me by my mates(newbies)to pick a place to stay for 2 weeks in September 1000-1400 a night.Been looking at KTK Residence very nice in pics also Areca,not really bothered about location as we will have bikes,but must be in Pattaya,would be nice to have kitchen as i can leave my TG there while i show mates sights,pool,would like over 45 meter room if poss,but essentially clean and modern as don"t want to let mates down,thanks lads in advance for replys

It looks very good value, but have heard it's very popular with longstay expats, so would advise booking well in advance.
