I did stay there around 2 years ago,the best internet i ever have in pattaya(not know the speed).Only bad thing about the place, the lady's who clean the place are not real good in there job.But 2 years are a long time, big change i will stay there again in december.

Once you've done asian, there is no going back to caucasian.

I stayed three times allready in this hotel, I found it very nice for the price, internet on the room, a small swimming pool on the top, the only point I would say that you have to be lucky who sleeps in the room next to you because the walls are really thin, but ok I go back in November.

Just checked out from siam view residence because of constant construction noise

the builders of yet another hotel have just broken ground directly opposite to the siam view residence

the workmen are on the go from the wee hours untill late afternoon, using heavy machinery

so that makes ongoing construction to all sides of this hotel now

expect sleepless nights/mornings for the next 12-18 months

Stayed there a few times.Cheap at 800 baht per night, but as MANOMAN previously stated - there is noise fom construction on both sides now.

If you can afford double the rate,KTK Royal Residence across the road is exceptional, i highly recommend it.

How bad is the noise problem? When does it start in the morning and how long do they keep at it in the evening? Was planning to stay there on my next trip, but now I'm starting to have doubts.

General construction noise, hammers, concrete drills, skill saws, you name it.

Usually starts around 7 am till 4-6 pm. Nothing you can do about it because it's not Siams Views property.Just don't plan on having a quite lay in till noon.
