Has anyone stayed there is it good , girl friendly etc and any idea of price thanks in advance.

Stayed there a few times up until 2 years ago when they hiked their prices up from 880 baht per night to 1300.. (NOT high season)and I was a regular staying as ever for more than 4 weeks, and they would not budge one baht! Their loss, I found a better place, and 18000 a month (580 a night), better facilities.

Stayed there twice and at flipper house.

Pretty normal pattaya hotel , no probs and girl friendly

with good security. Flipper house have updated the hotel

and the C wing is nice.

Stayed there twice was contemplating on staying there again but like the other thread mentioned they don't move on price much! Got quoted for 28 nights stay in May 30,000 bht staying in superior room. I've since been put in the right direction from a few chaps on here and now am looking at a decent place for 14000 bht

Stayed at Flipper Lodge last year. Nice hotel, girl friendly and good security, but no in room safe. Not the cheapest of places.

 

They have a pool on the roof, and a good restaurant on the ground floor. Location on Soi 8 is excellent.

soi 7/8 is a great place to start if youve never been before .. its kind of the eye of the storm (only without the calm lol), but for me the eastinies pip it over the flippers .. and i prefer flipper house to lodge .. but stayed flipper lodge 2 or 3 times its a great spot. I think they are building yet another eastiny down that end of soi 8!

Stayed there before and contemplating staying there again in august for the last part of my trip just to be in the center of attention.

Their summer-promo is 800 baht a night is affordable IMO!

Would recommend new C wing in Flipper House hotel. Email them directly and you should get a discount on their published rates.
