nice condo or house

hi guys im coming back to pattaya for a minimum of a month in august and would like to rent either a house or condo but must have all the creature comforts and a nice western style shower and my most important request would be that it has a nice mattress to sleep on and isnt hard like alot of mattesses in pattaya seem to be and im after something that is close to the soi LK Metro area and soi7 and soi8 and im willing to pay 35000 baht per month maybe a bit more for something special

 

i hope that someone can give me some suggestions on where to stay

I've been looking at places here but after e-mailing some of the owners I am not too thrilled with the terms. (large deposits, pay in full up front and unclear about electrical charges)
