I'm not sure which pills are which but the sleeping pills I got over the counter in patts were great.

When I first arrived I went straight the the closest pharmacy and got cialis and sleeping pills. I tried to use the sleeping pills to help with jet lag which was a fucking stupid idea and didn't work. But I did use a couple on the ride from patts back to Aus. After they served the meal had a G&T + 2 sleeping pills, it turned an 8 hour flight into about 30minutes. I remember asking the hot lady sitting next to me when I woke-up "how long do we have left"... she said "put your seatbelt on, we're about to land!"

I am normally too fu*&ed up to not sleep on the way home. and in 30 trips or so have NEVER had a hot lady sitting next to me on the plane. one of my mates needs help to sleep on the plane and the pharmacy always has something to help.

I can have this at home............................or this in LOS, thats why I go

it was lucky as, because all I saw were maybe 2 or 3 other good lookers and they all sat together in a row. She was 23 in HR and from north sydney, need I say more. She booked the day of the flight and the plane was stacked :( so i was very lucky.

On the way to bkk it wasn't a packed flight so i had a whole row to myself. There was a drop-dead gorgous thai girl sitting opposite who had a whole row aswell. I would've hit on it if I had the balls but it just looked like she must of been heading hom after seeing sponser (she had a lot of touristy shit).

I generally take an over the counter cold pill, they knock me out for about 10 hours.

Just a little word of warning, if you get over the counter sleeping pills in LOS they work well but dont carry any extra through Gulf airports, esp Dubai, as they have VERY strict drug rules. If you want to check this go to the official Dubai gov website where you can find a list of banned substances, Tixylyx, a kiddies cough medicine is on the banned list ffs.

Bought generic Sanex (called Manex) over the counter at a pharmacy in Soi Diana, worked like a charm.

Slept like 8-9 hours through an 11 hour trip, went by like a flash. It's a kind of magic... :GoldenSmile1:

Remember my first trip to Los, so excited, didn't sleep at all on the plane, so pretty tired when I got there.

Cheers for this *bookmarked* my first flight ever and I fucking hated it. I would hate to be going any further than 8 hours.

Atarac 10mg packs are available at any pharmacy. super cheap, maybe 120 for 10. take two and night night...just say "a tuh rac". 25 mg ones will keep you down until long after arrival at destination.

try nytol, i always find them to work. or even better, fly home with BM bagwan, you will be asleep in no time. :GoldenSmile1:

I just go into a pharmacy and you want the blue/purple sleeping tablets they are very good and very cheep you can buy over counter

I walked into multiple pharmacies along Sukhumvit road in Bangkok, and whenever I asked them for sleeping pills, they give me a weird look and say they don't sell them. One told me that they had herbal pills to help sleep, but needed to see a doctor for the stronger stuff.

Dunno if i mentioned it on this forum or the other one but hey.

I think we should bear in mind the different countries has rules for benzodiazepines (zanax , diazepam etc )in the UK benzos are under Class c of the dangerrous drugs act. For uk guys you could try Chlorphenamine Meleate ( piriton 4mg ) , anti histamine but very sedative and trust me it works cause i used it on my trip to Thai in November.

Zopliclone or Zolpidem might also work , just get a prescription from your GP ( family Dr) .... alternatively try Night Nurse.... ****ing ell that green stuff really hit me for 6.

Anyway thats my 2 satang .

I'm always exhausted on the plane ride back so I sleep fine on my own. It's the flight out that gets me. So excited I don't sleep much.
