Arriving Pattaya 23/12 to 09/01. What is the cheapest price for guesthouses or hotels (anywhere within beach road & 2nd road & respectable standards i,e, hot water, air con, room safe, GF, poss pool) during this period.

Arriving Pattaya 23/12 to 09/01. What is the cheapest price for guesthouses or hotels (anywhere within beach road & 2nd road & respectable standards i,e, hot water, air con, room safe, GF, poss pool) during this period.

I like Sabai Resort. It has good accommodations. Quiet, clean, and great staff. It is located just 50 meters South of Big C on 2nd road onsame side. Tuktuk are on street just outsiden motorbikes are available on the street. Beer bars accross the street. It is good value for money. Not cheapest but not most expensive. Tropical setting 2 nice clean pOols and good bar. I plan onstaying there my next trip. One note you cannot wait till last minute to vbook room.
