Nirun is located in Soi arunothai, off Pattaya Central road, over third road. It is about 10-12 minutes walk to pattaya central road and there is no public baht bus service. It is a very big complex, probably around 1600 apartments all together. its like a small community with bars, food and shops etc. The low-rise buildings are 26 sq m, whereas the high-rise are about 42 sq m. If this place has been sold there are a lot of others always for sale, many shops have photos and for sale/rent signs on the window and a couple of agents have set up.

I walked around the complex when I was looking for a place last year. Plenty of adds posted around. There's always a lot of people trying to rent out or sell here.

 

If you really do want to live here (and I would strongly advice you to research this place and ask why so many people want out) then you'll have plenty to choose from.

Nirun is definately "down market" compared to many other locations but the high volume of places for sale/rent may also be due to the huge number of properties there. got to be around 1600+ in the blocks. The high rise block is definitely nicer, bigger rooms, got its own pool but you could rent in better locations for similar money to this.

For the location you want and under 10,000 - If you can live without a pool and gym, then have a look round the many little apartment blocks and Mansions. Some are great, and some not! Legwork is required but there are some gems about.

I think you would struggle to get a room in a reasonable location (ie not Dark Side) WITH a pool for a rent under 4500 a month. Where are they? My tgf was in the 9 Karat condo nearby paying 3500 but it was a bit of a dump.

This is probably the cheapest complex to buy a condo and the best rental return on investment.

I know opinions very but I liked living in Nirun a lot. I don’t know of anywhere else where I can get a nice place/ w pool, laundry, etc for 4k+fees. For a guy on a budget it’s worth a look IMO. If you can afford a lot nicer then might want to look else ware. But I am planning on staying there again on my next trip.

The only really negative IMO is it’s about 500m from the BB rout.
