Looking for long term rental

I currently have a year lease on a condo in Star Beach on Pratumnak Soi4. The lease is ending and I am looking to lease a house or townhouse. I live in Pattaya for 6 months and the US for the other 6 months. My girlfriend stays in the place year round.

 

I am a retired teacher and pay my rent on time every month and keep the place in perfect condition. My current landlord will vouch for that and I can provide numerous local references. I currently pay 9500 a month and can pay up to 12,000 a month.

 

I am looking for at least a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and it needs to be furnished.

Hey Jeff, i can suggest my area, have few houses for rent.All if not brand new, nearly new

Small soi, all houses are 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and a small yard.

price varies from 10k-17k
