Yeah I have heard flouride is bad for you and can build up in you joints. Sorry but I am not going to be bothered to read any of those studies.

I am just glad my town does not add flouride to the water. Also I won't buy any bottled water that contains it.

Simple answer ... no. If you require water to be sterilised before drinking, put three to five drops of SSKI, saturated potassium iodide, into the water. Wait for five minutes and drink. Even muddy water is safe to drink after doing this!

putting it in drinking water i cant see any advantage to especially as you dont swill the water round your mouth before drinking it.

My granny did it. I think fluoride are a part of this success story. BTW, the life expectancy rises by 3 months every year in the West, despite all the government or illuminati conspiracy theories.

My short reply to the original question is that Yes, as a dental treatment in direct contact for shert time, can be effective with minimum to no harm to the rest of you. But to INGEST and CONSUME it?!?!?!? RED Flags should be raised here. It is harmful and cancerous yet they have been putting it in public water supplies since the 50s. Mostly I am able to stick to drinking my own ground/well water, but always when traveling try to find the non-fluride bottles. It is tough to read the labels though.

really? I doubt it. I agree maybe if they have implants, my father is 70 yo still have teeth, and nice bridge, so that is great, my grandma has dentures, his mother had full set of dentures when she was 50 yo.

Stopped all forms of fluoride intake a long time ago. Also started taking various vitamin supplements but the main one being vitamin D3.

 

Now have ZERO problems with teeth - have even had my teeth strengthening confirmed by my dentist back in the Uk - she was shocked as she had not seen teeth get stronger via xrays etc before only ever weaken over time.

 

Since I started to do this I have had no extra dental work done and not needed any. Is this down to diet and no fluoride??? who knows - it works for me and I will continue to do so.

On another note - if fluoride was relabelled a toxic substance in the Aluminium industry they would pay billions a year to "safetly" store / remove this substance.

Peppermint oil diluted in alcohol makes a great antiseptic. I like oil of oregano for alimentary canal.

plenty of toothpastes out there that have no fluoride - also make sure they have natural sweetners and not SUGAR!!! yes they put sugar in toothpaste????!!!!?
