Just thought id start a thread to see if theres any gamers on here,what games have you or what are you going to be buying soon.

 

Ill start it off,heres the 3 recent games i bought for the PS3 and i would recommend all of them..

 

1: Heavy Rain

Well what can i say about this game other than its brilliant,bought it a few weeks ago,and after about 8 hours of playing i completed it,its that addictive and very hard to put down once you start,the graphics are something else,and the whole interaction with the characters is simply amazing,but after i finished it i haven't played it since,dont think i could go through it all again just to find a new killer,other than that i would highly recommend it,its available exclusively only on the PS3 and has sold over 1 million copies so far..

2:Battlefield,Bad Company 2

 

Another great one person shooter,if your a fan of these games then you will already have this,it will be compared to modern warfare 2 and rightly so,i have the 2 of them and i think this is the better of them,you cant blow up entire buildings in MW2 can you? Well in this you can,and the online multiplayer has bigger maps and more games to play,im not a big fan of these games but i do enjoy them and i would recommend this its great to pass a few hours,its available on all platforms..

3: God Of War 3

 

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and i have to say it was the hardest game i ever played,the overall game play is excellent,and the violence throughout is great,i didnt play the previous 2 games so i didn't know what to expect with this,as i said it is hard and some of the levels are so frustrating that i just had to turn it off to stop myself from throwing the controller at the telly,with that said once you figure it out its hard to put down,and theres even a level in which Kratos has a threesome,with all that it is another great game that i would recommend,its available only on the PS3..

 

 

Now these are the next few games im going to buy..

 

 

1: Grand Theft Auto- Episodes from Liberty City

 

This is finally being released on the PS3 in a few days after Microsoft's exclusive rights have finished,and if your a fan of the GTA series like i am then you will love this,i remember playing vice city all them years ago and being amazed at it and i think its going to be the same with this release,as with rockstar you know its going to be good,its being released in the UK/Ireland on Friday so i know i will be stuck in playing it this weekend...

 

 

2: Red Dead Redemption

 

Now i must say that im really excited about this game,sad i know,if you haven't heard about this game then you will,its going to be the biggest game of the year im sure,its made by the excellent rockstar and they say its the biggest open world game they have made,whats the game about,well its about the wild west,your a bounty hunter travelling across America catching outlaws and the like,and its a multiplayer which looks unbelievable you can literally if you want of course travel on your horse for hours doing nothing or join a posse and look for outlaws,i dont really know what else to say about it,its being released on all platforms on 26 May and i have it pre booked already,just have a look at the trailer and you will know what im on about..

 

 

3: Tiger Woods 11

 

What can you say about Tiger that hasn't already been said,his series of games are always on top par and this isnt going to disappoint either,they have added the ryder cup into this one which will greatly improve the multiplayer,i dont play golf or watch it,but i do love the games,being released around July sometime on all platforms..

Got an Xbox 360. Lately I've been playing Assassins Creed 2. Love it.

 

Have also been playing a lot of GTA 4 (though it's "old").

 

Other than that I mostly play on my computer.

Nintendo wii and Pc all the way my friend....

havnt got a new console yet, still got ps2 in thailand and xbox in oz. XBOX3 to much in pattaya to buy and I dont spend enuff time in oz now to justify buying one there. The Battlefield games were great, 1942 was the one that got me into gaming and the last one was even better. Red Dead Revolver (first one out) was a great game. You will be surprised how many gamers there are in pattaya. I lived in an apartment block where out of the 12 rooms on my floor, 6 were foreigners who all had ps2 and we would swap games. Sad I suppose, but at my age you can only do so many girls in one day !!!

I usually take it out when I've got some friends over, as I think the Wii is best with company, and the Xbox is best alone or over the net.

 

Got a chipped Wii, with way too many games to have played them all.

I updated mine with a little help from google for free I can now play and copy any game any region for nothing.

I know, but I bought mine when it was almost brand new, and the only thing that had come out was chipping.

 

Now I would have softmodded it if I bought one.

Same here, love RPGs/fantasy games- Played through Oblivion 2 times, and finished Dragon Age some time ago.

 

Will soon be playing the expansions for Dragon Age.

 

Also a fan of zombie games(and movies), so Dead Rising hit the spot perfectly. Can't wait for Dead Rising 2 to be released, probably gonna be 10 times better than

the original.
