how do i delete the follow me toolbar

i just noticed i have a new toolbar at the bottom of the page called Follow Me..how do i delete this

It is part of the new software from the site. My guess is that you cannot remove it only the side admin can.

 

But I would also like to remove it as well, as someone who does not use twitter or facebook.

Me too please.

I'm on the verge of closing my Facebook account because of these stalking tendencies.

"Follow Me" is just too close to the mark.

 

I stupidly used Facebook to log in once because I'd forgotten my password.

Suddenly I had my real name and public profile on here.

I've had to delete my Facebook profile and disassociate it from here, but it's still nagging if I happen to be logged in when I come here.

 

Any mod's listening?

I just clicked on it and it took me straight to a Mod's Facebook page with his real name and Friends n all.

 

I don't know how clever that is but the toolbar seems to be gone now anyway.

Maybe he was listening.

I was going to install that toolbar on my site until i discovered it sets a tracking cookie which is a no-go for me.
