Travel from BKK to the airport: Delays

Just a note for anyone who may be travelling to the airport from Bangkok. A reduction in the number of highway lanes approaching the airport has been in force since late March. I've done the journey twice since then at 05.00hrs; the lane reduction added 20 minutes to the journey time: probably much more for anyone travelling at peak times. The reduction starts about a mile out from the airport. Troops deployed with road-block equipment by the side of the road, presumably ready to rock and roll if the Reds try any move to occupy the airport.

Hope they don't occupy the airport be4 i arrive tho, after that they can get a 2 year stalemate for all i care LoL
