Pinewood residence?

Hello All,

This is my first post ever so bear with me. First off I've been sticking around this forum and reading for a while, even though my next trip to pats will be my third i still find this forum informative and entertaining. I'll be heading to Patts mid june and I am looking to stay for a whole month. I was thinking about serviced apartments with locations next to second road and beach road. I came accross pinewood residences website and was wondering if anyone has been there and if they have stayed in there deluxe studios. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Never stayed there. It looks decent for the price, though its not the location I would prefer. Also, it does not have wi fi.

Thanx for your reply farang1, I called em today and they said they had cable so not too shabby? What are the best locations in patts?? Do you think i can fare better with an apt near Walking Street?

Pinewood show good pictures but the rooms are actually shitholes, worth nothing like 32,000 more like 5,000 a month- they really are run down.

 

For 32,000 you could get some really nice places- August Suites is ten times nicer and a great location. Nova Gold would be much cheaper and is brand New, in fact Nova Park is actually better than Pinewood and you can get at about 16,000 for the month

 

Keep digging around in this forum and you will find great places to stay for much less

 

Just seen Nova Atrium one bedroom condo for 25,000 for the month- very well kitted out, good luck
