Avenue, or not?

Hi guys. Just behind the Avenue shopping center is I believe, the "Avenue Hotel" or are they condos. Or is it a Condotel?? does any have any info

They are nice and a great location, my bestest friend has bought one.

All their condo's are pretty nice and not too shabby on quality but usually pretty expensive also

No, this one i think is called Pride, Avenue is little further down
