Any suggestions for monthly rate of 12000 baht

this is my first trip and am planning to stay in thailand several months......i am booked to stay at Sabai Lodge Soi 2 for a few nights through Agoda and then want to take a look at some accomodations with a < 12000 baht monthly rate...

 

would like a decent room a little way from the madness with wifi in room

 

guest house ...hotel....serviced apartment......dont mind

 

Ive searched the forum and have a couple of possibles but would like some to add to the list

 

arriving on 21st April

Valentine Guest House in Soi Lengkee has good rate but not sure if they are less than 12k

Dianna Estates Soi Buakhow,2 pools no wifi AFAIK.aprox 11000baht + services.

Rooms 3A & 4A for example 12,000 per month + electric, free Water, good Wifi, in room Safe, TV, DVD player, room 3A for example is 44 square meters, + Balcony,

Sorry just noticed your dates in April, 3a full upto 7th June, 4A full to 23rd June, all others booked too.
