LF hotel/condo for 12.000 a month or less near WS/Buakhao

Hello guys,

 

Can anyone help me getting a room/condo for the maximum of 12.000 BTH a month.

 

I would like it to be clean and an Aircon. Should be really near WS or inside Buakhao.

 

For the rest im not so picky.

try the liquid lounge on LK Metro, soi buakhao.12000 bth for a small room,13000 medium.have a look on the website mate.

Good timing I am looking for a monthly place to stay as well.

 

The pics look decent but how is the sound level. Do you hear the lounge all night or can you relax in the rooms????

The wi-fi is definitely a plus for me, if it works well..

 

I stayed at RC Place last trip on SOI SETTI( sorry cant spell it).

 

It is at the end of 3rd road near the mountain, walking dist to anywhere, and less than 6k a month(with AC and hot water) but with a minimum of a 3 month stay.

 

Liked the place but I am avoiding a few of the girls that live there, so I need options..
