I didnt see the video. Milk should be drank alone without a meal, drinking milk is very much a western thing, in Thailand its advertised only as an energy drink.

Men fall in love by their eye`s, woman fall in love by their ear`s.

Was expecting to see a video of Mew from Gentlemans Club.

I think the topic is a bit alarmist in it's nature but I'm sure that milk products are over used in the Western diet. Try cutting dairy products from your diet for just one week. Your breathing will get noticeably easier. It's become part of our lives so it's hard to avoid but at the end of the day it's meant for cows not humans.

Nowadays everything causes damage to our health, but we can't be paranoid. If you don't have milk allergy or you are not lactose intolerant then drink milk if you like it.

However for example I don't drink milk at all, I eat only meat, fish and eggs as a protein source (due to bodybuilding) so I don't really remember the diffrence when I used to drink it once a day (probably with musli).

We are captives of our own identities, living in prisons of our own creation.

It is exactly what the vid also says, breathing problems, allergies are caused by milk due to growth harmones...I have reposted the link again for easier viewing.

I did watch the video. My experiences with improved breathing are my own but I accept maybe shock tactics are the only way to make people think twice about the 'milk is good for you' message that has been so deeply ingrained in most of us.

It's not just milk, people rarely think out of the box, they don't realise that 'low fat' on a label probably means 'higher carbohydrate', they don't think that 'low calorie' probably means full of artificial sweeteners which are probably worse for you than sugar. Margarines boast that they taste 'just like butter' but not many realise that that the trans fatty acids many of them contain are much worse for you than the saturated fats in butter! They'd be better of just buying and enjoying real butter (but it's made from milk lol). At the momment I'm off of dairy products as part of a weight loss diet but in the future I think that I'll ease the hormone worries by buying organic dairy products.

The food manufacturers have got us by the balls until we learn the facts and use our heads.

Well, said doc...couldn't have said better... i don't have a medical background...but the research i do myself makes me feel healthier than whats on TV and media wants me to believe. corporate media will spend millions to keep people in dark.

I'm collecting more information regarding fluoride in toothpaste and water, which is designed to effect our pineal gland and contrary to pop culture and dentist.... fluoride in water and toothpaste is actually designed to decay our teeth faster and overall health.

Some of the stuff are soo out there, that for the first time reader, it sounds crazy...can't blame the ordinary folks...they have billions and authority to pass any laws on earth and we just have to take it and whomsoever questions the authority are deemed mad :GoldenSmile1:

Personally, I don't feel that they're out to get us as much as just trying to make a fast buck by selling us processed foods that are lacking in nutrients while trying to convince us that they're in fact healthy by exploiting the health 'facts' that Joe Public clings to (Fat is bad, low calorie is better etc.). I think you're right about us being kept in the dark, why challenge commonly accepted views? Easier to exploit them instead.

I've always preferred to gather the available information, decide what I believe and then put it to the test. Of course I too fall victim to convenience, it's hard not to if you're on the go, but I do feel better knowing the stuff I've learned about nutrition even if I don't have the discipline to follow it all of the time. It all makes me think of a saying I once heard "People will do anything to exercise their right of free speech...and anything to avoid exercising their right of free thought'
