Balcony Wanted!

Am making 1st trip later this year & really want a gf hotel near the beach that has balcony rooms with a view of the bay. Something similar to the Sandy Springs; I'd stay there but a few things I don't like about the place, no bfast, no in-room safes, + wi-fi not free in room, all very important to me. Do you guys know of other places that have balcony rooms with view for less than 3500baht per night?

Baboona hotel have got sea view room for 1440B a nite and deluxe sea view for 1800B a nite

never stayed but they have got good reviews by other BM

You could check out 'Imperial Resident' which is really nice. No pool though.

I have just had 7 nights at the Baboona and quite honestly the view of Pattaya is awesome .The balcony is large with outdoor furniture the breakfast was great and the interior decor was quite trendy and there is an electronic safe in room ,but to me the staff and the price was the best part 1700 bht for seaview room ,mine was on the 5th floor ,quite honestly my only fault i could fine was the lack of pool but the ocean is just across the road and is quite clean down that end but in saying that you can paye to use the pool in the hotel 30meters away so just book it really you will love it
