long-term parking for motorbike?

Hi, hello everybody.

 

I will like to stay Pattaya six months every year, and im thinking to buy a motorbike. But i have my own condo, with no lift and in a four floor.

I will like to know , if in Pattaya are any place to keep the motorbike for a few months safe.

Think outside the box...

 

Grab 2 mototaxi guys and ask them if they want to earn 100 baht each. Have them lug it up the 4 floors and store it in your condo. You will save a ton on storage fees. Easy and cheap!

 

Be sure to fully drain the gas tank before asking them to move it. Store it on your balcony with a good tarp and chained if possible

You could just park it on the red lines by the curd somewhere, the police will have it towed away and it will be safe in the pound. You can get it back later for 600bht. Ha

doesnt your condo block have under cover/parking for bikes and cars? If it does, buy a good quality cover, get a good quality bike lock (perhaps one for front and one for back) put it up on the centre stand. GIVE THE SECURITY GUARDS A NICE TIP TO WATCH IT FOR YOU.

I had a similar problem but no parking available. I asked in the members area on a couple of local boards and a helpful board member let me store it in his yard for a very small fee.
