Allright guys, before you judge me by the title of this topic let me just say that I don't have a medical problem - I just get excited too much sometimes and can't stop myself from cumming sooner than I would like.

Once i'm "inside", I am usually achieve orgasm in about 2-3 minutes. I would like to keep going for at least 5-10 minutes.

 

Looking for any tips, tricks or advice.

Excercise is the best cure for this. I found that after increasing my cardio workouts that I can hump for ages. I'm on the stairclimber/summit trainer for an hour at a time three days a week plus some rowing and bicycling mixed in.

Yep, you're right. But the other respondents were right as well, in a way. For some guys, a side affect of ED drugs is the inability to cum. I'll admit it, sometimes I'm a 5 pumper and I'd blow my load. While on Cialis, I couldn't cum to save my life! An hour and a half of screwing and nothing but dust was coming out. After the novelty wore off, it actually got pretty frustrating.

 

I don't plan on using ED drugs again, at least not until I need them. I like your suggestion about the "The Tao of Love and Sex". 99% of it is mind over matter. So, be one with your penis!

I don't know about anybody else, but this has worked for me all my life. Practice. Every time you're at home rubbing one out, practice keeping yourself at the brink for a long time. If you are at the opposite end of the spectrum and you take too long before you can cum, go the opposite route and spank it out as quickly as you can every time.
