Is it ok for guests to use the pool areas too and any safes in the rooms?

I have sent two emails to them regarding a possible booking in October and so far over a period of a month they have not bothered to reply.

If they want business why do they treat people like this?

A lot lot of thai hotels just won't reply. that's thai business.

and even if they say they've reserved don't be surprised to turn up and they have no booking.

even if you have the reservation print in your hand (as I once had).

normally i'd say don't advance book just turn up. but this hotel is often full so turn ups are risky.

I used to stay at this hotel when the bungalows were 400 baht ish.

nice mango courtyard spolit by noisy germans putting out there towels round the pool at night.

rooms had no TV those days. And no in room safes.

and I was kept up by a german vdo crew shooting a HC porn movie one night. never stayed since.
