Is there some reason that you did not put a proper pic of the condos but put an artists impression? and I think that the price is way too high for Jomtien as well.

You could rent a 3 bedroom house for less than that.

Sorry to say, but your price is for 80 sqm condo in North Pattaya like Nova.

Average price for this area and this size for 1 year would be around 15K-17K
