Sydney to LOS - April

For any of you Sydney-siders considering an April visit for Songkran I've just noticed today that Emirates prices have dropped to under $900 for travel from around the 8th onwards. This was on Emirates direct, Zuji and Expedia.

 

Prices for other airlines are still above $1200. Emirates was $1400 a couple of days ago. Get on it!

I'm flying out with JetStar from melbourne leaving 1st April....price= $669 (incl tax)...

 

I must admit, Emirates is a far nicer airline than JetStar...so that's a pretty good price.

Felix - how long ago did you book and how long are you staying for?

 

Jetstar seems pretty full around that time and any flights I can see are more than the full service airlines.

aussieB, i booked it just before xmas that's why it was cheap...i'm going for 13 days,only a short trip this time.

 

A m8 of mine told me about the cheap fare's & got his for $409 return (incl tax) for April....but the special only lasted a week until full...have to be quick!

 

Have a look at the website at least once a week & you may come across these price's.....its worth it.

emirates often have these $882 in the slower months i.e. march/april/august. Only problem is the flight gets in at 1am

I wouldnt fly Jetstar if it was free.

 

Those Emirates prices for April were available a month ago, they re-release them subject to the capacity of the plane, their plans have to stop in BKK hence the cheap taxes.
