Just got back from 24 days in LOS. Spent 5 in Pattaya at the Armageddon. I must say I was very impressed by the room, staff and would highly recommend. The room was very spacious (Galaxy room) and clean, bed comfortable and housekeeping on the spot. It has a total of only 8 rooms which makes it more personal. The manager (Peak) was always friendly and helped with all needs. Only draw back was no restaurant, however plenty all around.

The girls working the bar were also great and I enjoyed 3 of them

 

There was a negative post that I read before leaving and I kept seeing links to it, don't know about that persons experience, however mine was great

Delighted to hear the big improvements there.. I have heard good report from the lads who stayed there last xmas.. I stayed there myself when Armagedon first opened and admit that I was very impressed with the surrounding and the room... Alligator still there? Would recommend anyone to stay there...

I stopped by for a few Changs in february and chatted a bit with owner who came across as a nice guy.

Armageddons Galaxy and Hollywood rooms are on my short-list for my summer-trip.

Yep I stayed there for 2 weeks, in the Sports room. I was very happy with the room and the service.

Hey it is good to see some positive feedback coming back to the Armageddon Bar.

 

I know the Owner has put a lot of time and effort into this so if anyone has any

issues or ideas please just speak to him. (He Doesent Bite I Think)As for the Girls

is it near to Walking Street and also Soi 6???

20-15 mins walk to Walking st, 20-30 mins walk to Soi 6.... Best get the Bahtbus....

You can walk however as stated take the baht bus.

 

I thought it was seasonably priced, you can check there site.

the 2 blond sisters are very nice but the bad thing is only 1 of them barfines the other 1 is supposed to be the bosses girlfriend she will hustle for drinks then when you ask to barfine her she makes some stupid excuse up i watched her doing this to 2 seperate men!

hi guys im looking at finding somewere to stay in august for 30 days but i need to find somewere that has a reasonably soft comfortable mattress instead of being rock hard like alot of the mattresses in pattaya seem to be so can anyone give me any feedback regarding the mattresses at the armageddon

Mattresses seems fine to me.. Slept like a baby for a month without twisting and turning... Stayed there two Xmas ago 2008..

I stayed 5 days in the Thai Room in beginning of April. It was a large clean room with a nice balcony there you could sit after the sun gone down and Manager was very friendly. There were some minor issues, the room smelled a little strange first night from the cleaning and batteries for the electronic safe had some problems with meant I had use a key instead, but that was no problem for me because electronic sale's always gives me a hard time and I don’t trust them.

 

It's a great location if you want hang around in Devil's Den and Lolita’s. Little bit far from Walking Street but it will only take you a couple of minutes if you take the bath bus.

 

Over all it was a great place to stay for that price (900 THB) and I would be happy to stay there again next time I come to Pattaya.

Just booked a couple of rooms at Armageddon and they have a new policy of free AC for 12 hours per day and 7 THB per unit after that. Do not know how that adds up, assuming not much. Don't spend over 12 hours in room anyway.

Indeed beter take the Bahtbus for 10-20 baht to WS it isn't worth walking 20 minutes or so. Better to keep your energy for usefull activities!

When I was there in February they did not check IDs, only has 6 rooms I believe so low key. You can go in the side door without going through the bar and straight up to your room.

Don't know about apple. Did get confirmation from Apple when booking my room a month or so back.
